Shipping
Delivery & Tracking
Standard delivery is 3–6 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking information when shipped. Tracking may take a couple days to appear.
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipper to file a claim.
Returns
Returns, Exchanges & Guarantee
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is required. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All stainless steel and silicone bowls are top-rack dishwasher-safe. Collapsible bowls should air dry to protect the seal.
